The vision of the ministry is to empower young men to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today, developing responsible participants in the life, mission and work of the church, while pursuing friendly, effective and fundamental relationships with God and one another, through training and education in Christian ministry, so that they may contribute to the general welfare of the home, provide community care and minister in the local church, the community and the world.

It endeavors to prepare young men to be in this world and not of this world, as they grow to become mature men. They are also encouraged to believe that God has an ultimate plan for their lives.

We are already realizing some of our objective of creating programs and activities including bible studies, retreats, evangelistic outreach, seminars, socials, and similar activities that enhances the total personal and spiritual growth of each young man.
